By accessing, registering on, or using the ppgames platform (the "Platform"), available at ppgames.biz, you ("User," "Player," or "you") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These Terms are effective from the date you create a ppgames account or, if earlier, from the date you first access the Platform.
ppgames reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. To open and maintain a ppgames account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
ppgames strictly enforces the 21-year minimum age requirement. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned less any applicable verification costs, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) ppgames account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC). ppgames is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of:
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ppgames will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account access details. You must notify ppgames support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
4.1 Accepted Methods. ppgames accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods listed on the Platform from time to time. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso (PHP) ₱100. Minimum and maximum transaction limits for specific payment methods are displayed within the Platform cashier section at the time of transaction.
4.3 Currency. All ppgames accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). All deposits, game wagers, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise stated.
4.4 Withdrawal Requirements. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account verified in your name during KYC. ppgames reserves the right to request re-verification at any time prior to processing a withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
4.5 Processing Times. ppgames targets withdrawal processing within 5–30 minutes for GCash and Maya. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day depending on the receiving bank. These are target times, not guarantees, and may be affected by bank processing delays outside ppgames' control.
4.6 Player Funds. Funds deposited into your ppgames account are held in accounts segregated from ppgames' operating funds. ppgames does not use player funds for operational purposes.
ppgames does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment providers (e.g., GCash, Maya) may apply their own transaction fees, which are the sole responsibility of the player.
5.1 General. ppgames may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotions to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus funds. These promotion-specific terms are published alongside each offer on the Platform and form part of these Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion terms. Wagering with bonus funds is subject to game contribution percentages, which vary by game type.
5.3 Abuse & Fraud. ppgames reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings derived from bonuses, and suspend or terminate accounts where ppgames determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, exploitation, arbitrage, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional terms in a manner contrary to their intended purpose.
5.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise, a player may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the ppgames platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game.
6.2 RNG Certification. All ppgames slot games and non-live-dealer casino games use Random Number Generator (RNG) engines certified by independent testing laboratories. The RNG ensures that game outcomes are random and cannot be influenced by ppgames, its software providers, or players.
6.3 Live Games. Live dealer games at ppgames Casino are operated by licensed third-party studio providers. Game outcomes in live games are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) in real time and are captured on camera for complete transparency.
6.4 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including disconnection, game freeze, or system error — ppgames will use commercially reasonable efforts to determine the outcome based on available game state data. If no outcome can be fairly determined, the wager will be refunded. ppgames' decision in such matters is final.
6.5 Voided Bets. ppgames reserves the right to void bets placed as a result of a technical error, human error, or pricing/odds error that results in materially incorrect game conditions.

ppgames reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ppgames will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, your sole remedy is to close your ppgames account.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13.2 Jurisdiction. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the ppgames platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.3 Regulatory Escalation. As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, ppgames is subject to the oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. Players who are unable to resolve a dispute through ppgames' internal support process may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through official regulatory channels.
13.4 Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal legal or regulatory proceedings, you agree to first contact ppgames via [email protected] and allow a minimum of thirty (30) calendar days for ppgames to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
